Terms of Use
creativesocialpath is an editorial guide to eighteen hotels and resorts. Using the site means accepting the terms set out on this page.
The site is informational and editorial. We are not a travel agent, we take no bookings, we hold no reservations and we handle no payments of any kind.
Each entry is an editorial comparison of built forms. It is not an architectural assessment, not a survey, and not a judgement on any development or on any neighbourhood.
Names, operators and buildings change. We describe what published sources showed when we last opened them, and we give no guarantee that an entry is current at the moment you read it.
We do not publish opening hours, seasons, schedules or availability. Check those with the hotel itself before you travel.
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to purchase, book or spend. There are no ratings, no rankings and no offers.
Where we link out, we do not control the linked site and take no responsibility for its content or its handling of your data.
The text and layout of this site belong to its editors. Do not republish entries in whole or in substantial part without written permission. Photographs remain with their own rights holders.
We correct factual errors. Any hotel may send a correction about its own building, and we will check it against published material and amend the entry where it is right. We accept no payment for a change.
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published here.
These terms may change. The version on this page is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
That section describes four Canadian resorts as buildings only. The gaming floor is not described and not assessed, and nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble. Casinos are for adults only.
If gambling stops being a game: in Ontario, ConnexOntario 1-866-531-2600; in Québec, 1-800-461-0140; in British Columbia, 1-888-795-6111. Outside Canada, look up the helpline for your own country.
