Privacy
The site is operated by the editors of creativesocialpath. For anything about your data, use the contact form.
Only what you type into it: your name, your email address, the subject you choose and your message, together with the consent tick.
We hold it to read your message and answer it, and to check a correction against published sources. The basis is your consent, given by the tick on the form, and our own interest in running an editorial site.
Correspondence is kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Anything that led to a correction is kept as long as the entry stands, so we can show where the change came from.
Our host records the usual technical entries when a page is requested: an address, a timestamp, the page asked for and the browser string. They are used for security and for keeping the site running.
There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixel and no third-party cookie on this site. Nothing is stored in your browser. The single script on the site opens and closes the menu, and does nothing else.
The site is served by a hosting provider, and email reaches us through a mail provider. Both act on our instructions and see only what is needed to deliver the service.
If a provider stores data outside your country, it is done on terms that require an equivalent level of protection.
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our holding it, or withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form and we will answer.
You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live, whatever the outcome of writing to us.
